Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to euro region: EU, UK, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland.
We also ship Worldwide (DHL only).
If your country is not on the list, please contact us at orders@irocomb.com, and we will find a way to ship to you.
All shipments go out from our HQ in Ljubljana (Slovenia, EU). For USA/Can/Mex/Aus/Nz orders please visit our US store.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ensure that all orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of your order and payment being accepted and confirmed.
How long does the shipping take?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information inside. Please note that it may take up to 48-72 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's tracking website. Most packages take 3-4 (express) and 5-8 (standard) business days from the shipping confirmed date to arrive, depending on your location.
Please note that if the package does not reach you within 7 business days after the expected delivery time, it will be considered lost and we will issue a refund or send you the new package at our expense.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Free standard shipping applies to all EU & UK orders of 3 products or more (max 5).
Orders
Can I make changes or cancel my order?
We work hard to get your order out as fast as possible, so as soon as your payment is accepted and confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. Usually, it can be canceled in less than 2 hours after placing the order. Please email us at orders@irocomb.com as soon as possible with the subject "CANCEL" along with your full name and order number and we will see what we can do.
What is your return policy?
We are sure you will love using Iro Comb, but if you're not 100% happy, please email us within 30 days of receiving your Iro so we can help. We are happy to accept returns on new or newly opened products within 30 days of postal delivery. Please email us at orders@irocomb.com with the subject "RETURN" so we can help you out. Please note that return shipping is at the customer’s expense and we are unable to refund your original shipping costs.
In the event that you wish to return your products, you are free to choose whatever method of shipping is most economical, we just ask that the name and order number be included in the package to preventdelays.
We will not provide a refund for a request that we receive more than 30 days after the date of the original shipment. We also do not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse, orother abnormal use.
What do I do if something arrives broken or damaged?
Please email us at orders@irocomb.com with the subject "DAMAGED" along with your order number and a photo of the broken product and we will help you out!
Tracking stopped updating but my order hasn't arrived! What do I do?
We're sorry to hear this. Please send us an email at orders@irocomb.comwith the subject "LOST" along with your order number and first and last name so we can look into this for you right away!
Please note that if the package does not reach you within 7 business days after the expected delivery time, it will be considered lost and we will issue a refund or send you the new package at our expense.
